Since LICA Equities' founding, the commercial real estate industry has seen profound changes. While the firm has grown tremendously over that time, one thing remains constant--our culture. We remain intensely client-focused with creative solutions to find the quickest and most efficient capital stack for any deal.

Unlike larger firms in which there are multiple handoffs and points of contact throughout a deal, LICA’s originators remain intimately involved in the loan process from the initial meeting with clients until final closing. We have never lost sight of the fact that brokering capital is a high-touch people business—it’s not an algorithm. We remain on call 24/6 (we take Saturday off) whenever our clients need us.
